1. Services

Senior Care Spa provides wellness and therapeutic treatments designed for pensioners. Our offerings include:

Massage and physiotherapy sessions
Hydrotherapy and mineral baths
Nutrition consultations and dietary plans
Fitness and mobility programs

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled service date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior.
No refund for cancellations made within 6 days of the appointment.

Extended Refund Provisions

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable travel restrictions, we offer an extended refund review:

Submit a written request with supporting documentation at least 3 days before the appointment.
Our management will assess and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued via the original payment method.
Service credits may be offered at our discretion if a monetary refund is not feasible.

4. Liability

Senior Care Spa shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
